Slenda or Fitrum Madness

Today am having some SLENDA or FITRUM MADNESS... I wanted to lose weight desperately as am having only 16 days more before the wedding of my friend and fit into her Maid of Honor gown. My eyes are already straining on researching if what works best SLENDA or FITRUM? 


Both pills are endorsed by popular actresses and both claimed to be very effective with no side effects and both are made of herbs.

looking at the pictures..Slenda endorser is sexier than Fitrum...hahaha... but we knew that Fitrum endorser was really "fat" before while slenda endorser was already sexy before she gave birth.  Now, what to BUY? 
Both also says that it will only work well when accompanied with exercise and good diet... => this is GOOD LUCK to me...


anyway as of today, am doing a 4 day 1 hour Zumba Class and trying not to eat rice in the evening....hopefully this will work. 


As for now, i'd try SLENDA...so will update you what's next with my Slenda adventure...

Zumba Party

Zumba is a Latin dance -inspired fitness program created by dancer and choreographerAlberto "Beto" Perez in Colombia during the 1990s. Its exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, hip hop music, axé music and tango. 

I really love attending to this Zumba Party coz it makes me sweat a lot. The dance steps are great and it's no BORING at all. You don't need to count with the music, you just have to go with the flow.

So, let's do Zumba...SWEAT and LOSE...

 If the government would charge a 3% Stupidity Tax, they could pay off the national debt...and they'd surely be richer because of him.

Last summer was such a fun coz me & friends went for a well-deserved R&R at Boracay in an all-expense paid by the company. (love it!) So, Bora they say is the "Sin Island " whatever that means, i really don't care being called sinner. :D 


Off we went to buy new slippers to compliment the Bora fine sands...

What to do there? of course aside from swimming, partying all night and other water & land adventures (diving, para-gliding, island hopping, kayaking etc...)

and just have all the fun the island can offer...

Happy New Year Everyone!

Since it's 2012, i have decided to renovate & re-invent my blogger account. i was actually thinking of deleting this account but then i have the feeling that this year is going to be a great one for me, so i'll be needing this to sort of remind myself of the memories i had made.
