Zumba is a Latin dance -inspired fitness program created by dancer and choreographerAlberto "Beto" Perez in Colombia during the 1990s. Its exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, hip hop music, axé music and tango.
I really love attending to this Zumba Party coz it makes me sweat a lot. The dance steps are great and it's no BORING at all. You don't need to count with the music, you just have to go with the flow.
So, let's do Zumba...SWEAT and LOSE...
